P. D. Gram & Co AS ("PDG&Co") is a Norwegian company arranging and managing private equity syndicates, primarily within the shipping and real estate sectors. As of January 2012 PDG&Co and its subsidiaries is managing syndicates with investment volume of over USD 1,1 billion. The investment companies of the partners of PDG&Co and their families have substantial stakes in all syndicates. The shipping activities are mainly concentrated in the car carrier sector. A total of 19 vessels are commercially handled by the subsidiary Gram Car Carriers AS (“GCC”). In addition PDG&Co is commercial manager of 5 other vessel types including product carriers and small LPG vessels. The owners of PDG&Co and their families are also involved in substantial real estate investments in Poland. We have offices in Norway, Singapore, Cyprus and Poland.
